Michael Cogar
Michael Cogar was born on December 4th, 1984 in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated high school in 2003 from Wichita Falls High School and joined the Army shortly after graduation. During his time in the Army, he served five years as a Combat Engineer. In 2008 Michael retired from the Army as a Sergeant with a distinguished record including two tours of combat in Iraq. In 2009 he enrolled at Old Dominion University where we is currently studying Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace. While with the College Republicans Michael was appointed to Internship Coordinator for ODU CRs in August 2010, appointed to Eastern Regional Director for the CRFV in March 2011 and later elected to ODU CR Chairman in April 2011.
